Department of Family and Preventive Medicine

The most significant footprint our department leaves is through the training of preventive medicine and public health residents and fellows. Preventive medicine residents and fellows complete focused, 1- or 2-year experiences that develop skills in epidemiology, biostatistics, health promotion, surveillance, global health, clinical preventive services, quality improvement, and much, much more.

Our experienced team leads preventive medicine efforts across the globe. Together, they are influencing the well-being of our community and our world.
