The Department of Family and Preventive Medicine conducts research primariy in the areas of public health/population-based health, health care delivery models, medical/health education innovations for adult learners, and integration of clinical health risk assessment screening tools, the  department leadership and faculty have a shared vision for growth in the department's research activities, integrating the resources, interests and resources across divisions and schools at Emory and it's affiliates.  A brief description of research focus in clinical, educational, healthcare  delivery and public health follows.
